While we hope you love your apparel, we understand returns are sometimes necessary. That is why we offer SIMPLE & FREE returns.

We accept returns in ANY CONDITION for ANY REASON at ANY TIME. All returns receive a full refund, and we will never charge a fee (restocking, shipping, etc.). We only ask that you be a reasonable human regarding your return.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

The easiest way to return your order is to log-in to your BONZi Shirts account and request a return. Once your request is approved, we'll email you a return shipping label and instructions.

Alternatively, you can contact us to start your return if you'd prefer.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

No, we do not offer exchanges. If you are interested in a different item, place a new order and separately return your current item.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?

We do our best to ensure that quality & correct products reach our customers, but we do experience order issues from time-to-time. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you discover any issues (defective, damaged, wrong item, etc.), contact us with your name, order number, and description of the issue (pictures are helpful). We will make it right as quickly as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of your return reaching us and are credited to your original form of payment. Once processed, refunds typically take 1-3 business days to post.

ARE ANY ITEMS NON-RETURNABLE?

Yes, certain products cannot be returned. These include final sale items, gift cards, and custom prints. Non-returnable items will be clearly marked prior to purchase.
