We offer free returns, forever. We accept returns in any condition, for any reason, at any time. All returns receive a full refund with no fees, no restocking charges, no shipping charges. We only ask that you be a reasonable human about it.

How Do I Start a Return?
Contact us with your name and order number, and we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
Can I Exchange an Item?
The fastest way is to place a new order for what you want and return the original item at the same time. If you'd rather do a direct exchange, just contact us and we'll set it up.
What If I Have an Issue with My Order?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and if something's wrong, contact us with details (and photos if you have them). We'll make it right as soon as possible.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Returns are processed within 3 days of arrival, and refunds are issued to the original payment method. It typically takes 1–4 additional business days to show up, depending on your bank. Duties and fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Are Any Items Non-Returnable?
Final sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products can't be returned. These are always clearly marked before you purchase.
