Return Policy

Contact us to start your return. Please include your name and order number (if available) with your return request. We'll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

The quickest & easiest way to receive your new item is to place a new order while simultaneously returning your current item (following the return directions above).

If you'd prefer an exchange, please contact us, including your name and order number (if available) plus your exchange request.

Although we do our best to ensure quality & correct products reach our customers, we do experience issues with orders from time-to-time. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us if you have any issues (defective, damaged, received the wrong item, etc.). Please include your name and order number (if available) plus a description the issue (pictures are very helpful).

We will work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. 

Your return will be processed and refund issued within 3 days of your return reaching us.

Refunds will be generated to your original form of payment. Refunds can take 1-4 business days to process and post, depending on your financial institution (bank, credit card company, PayPal, etc.).

Yes. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including final sale items, gift cards, and custom prints/products (such as special orders or personalized items). Non-returnable items will be clearly marked as so prior to purchase. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, as we want to assure you we'll still make it right.
